Maureen Sirianni Director at Country Meadows

“I needed Heather Ann to work with residents who have anxiety, are recovering from a stroke; I put a lot of fragile people in her hands, and I’ve seen residents walk out of this room with a better gait when they walked in, increased vocabulary, and a peer support among residents.”

Medical Meditations: A Core Component of the Online Course This course introduces a groundbreaking PTSD brain protocol rooted in PubMed-backed research. Using breath patterns, universal sounds, and finger placements, these medical meditations help you rebuild trust in your senses, body language, and intuition. You’ll learn how to welcome energizing, healing forces into your life while releasing what no longer serves you.

A Holistic Approach Beyond the Online Course For practitioners, business owners, and clients seeking a complete transformation, this protocol is part of a larger, science-backed program. The full curriculum includes two additional disciplines:

  • Physical Movement & Breathwork: Unlock stories stored in your body through simple, restorative movements and guided breathwork.
  • Medical-Grade Water: Detoxify and restore emotional and physical balance through structured, electro-rich hydration.

These additional components are best experienced in an immersive setting. For a deeper journey into healing and mastery, join our week-long class retreat, where all three pillars are integrated for profound transformation.

Integrative Approaches to Mental Health: The Role of Medical Meditations

In the evolving landscape of mental health care, practitioners are turning to structured meditative practices that complement traditional therapeutic approaches. Medical meditations, rooted in the same lineage as Kundalini Yoga, offer targeted techniques for enhancing mental well-being. These practices focus on breath patterns, chanting, and guided visualizations, making them distinct from physical yoga postures while delivering profound healing benefits. Below are studies highlighting the effectiveness of medical meditations in addressing anxiety, depression, addiction, and PTSD:

Medical Meditations and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety Management

This study explores how structured meditative protocols can support cognitive behavioral therapy to alleviate symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder.

Mental Depression and Medical Meditations

Research reveals the biochemical and physiological impact of medical meditation in individuals dealing with depression, showcasing them as a powerful non-invasive intervention.

Addiction and Lifestyle Interventions

Lifestyle modifications, including medical meditative practices, have been shown to aid in addiction recovery and foster lasting well-being.

Research reveals the biochemical and physiological impact of medical meditation in individuals dealing with depression, showcasing them as a powerful non-invasive intervention.
